นโยบายความเป็นส่วนตัว
การที่ท่านใช้บริการ SCG Solar Solutions นี้ เราจะเก็บรวบรวม ใช้ และในบางกรณีอาจเปิดเผยข้อมูลของท่าน ซึ่งอาจรวมถึงข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของท่านด้วย โดยหลักเกณฑ์การเก็บรวบรวม ใช้ และเปิดเผยข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลเป็นไปตามที่กำหนดในนโยบายความเป็นส่วนตัวนี้
ท่านสามารถเลือกที่จะยินยอมให้เราเก็บรวบรวม ใช้ และ/หรือ เปิดเผยข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของท่านหรือไม่ก็ได้ อย่างไรก็ตาม การไม่ยินยอมให้เรากระทำการดังกล่าวอาจทำให้เราไม่สามารถให้บริการแก่ท่านได้
กรณีที่ข้อกำหนดและเงื่อนไข ข้อบังคับ หรือประกาศใดที่ขัดต่อนโยบายความเป็นส่วนตัวนี้ ให้ยึดนโยบายความเป็นส่วนตัวนี้เป็นสำคัญ
1. คำจำกัดความ
1.1 ข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล หมายถึง ข้อมูลใด ๆ ที่สามารถระบุถึงตัวตนของท่านได้ ไม่ว่าจะใช้ข้อมูลนั้นโดยลำพัง หรือใช้ประกอบกับข้อมูลอื่นในการระบุตัวตน
1.2 แอปพลิเคชั่น หมายถึง SCG Solar Solutions
1.3 อุปกรณ์ หมายถึง แผงโซล่าเซลล์ และอุปกรณ์เสริมที่สามารถเชื่อมต่อกับแอปพลิเคชั่นได้ ซึ่งเราเป็นผู้จัดจำหน่าย
2. ข้อมูลที่เราเก็บรวบรวม
เราจะทำการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลของท่าน เมื่อท่านได้เริ่มเข้าใช้บริการแอปพลิเคชั่นของเรา หรือทำการติดต่อกับเราหรือผู้แทนจำหน่ายอุปกรณ์หรือผลิตภัณฑ์ของเราไม่ว่าในช่องทางใด ซึ่งข้อมูลดังกล่าวอาจมีลักษณะเป็นข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล ทั้งนี้ ข้อมูลที่เราเก็บรวบรวมหมายรวมถึงข้อมูลดังต่อไปนี้
1) ข้อมูลที่จำเป็นสำหรับการสร้างบัญชี ได้แก่ ชื่อ นามสกุล ที่อยู่ เบอร์ติดต่อ และที่อยู่อีเมล
2) ข้อมูลการใช้งานแอปพลิเคชั่น
3) ข้อมูลระบุตำแหน่งที่ตั้งของอุปกรณ์ โดยเราจะเก็บรวบรวมเมื่อท่านทำการสแกนคิวอาร์โค้ด ที่ตัวอุปกรณ์เพื่อเพิ่มอุปกรณ์ในแอปพลิเคชั่น
4) ข้อมูลปริมาณการใช้ไฟฟ้าของท่าน ซึ่งอาจแสดงถึงพฤติกรรมการใช้ไฟฟ้าของท่านได้
5) ข้อมูลอื่น ๆ ที่ท่านได้ให้แก่เรา เช่น ข้อมูลที่ได้จากการที่ท่านใช้งานแอปพลิเคชั่น ข้อมูลส่วนตัวที่ท่านได้กรอกลงบนแอปพลิเคชั่น ข้อมูลที่ท่านร่วมกิจกรรมกับเรา และข้อมูลที่ท่านให้เมื่อติดต่อเราซึ่งรวมถึงการดาวน์โหลดแอปพลิเคชั่น
3. ที่เก็บข้อมูล
เราจะเก็บข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลทั้งหมดของท่านในระบบคลาวด์ เพื่อประโยชน์ในการเชื่อมต่อข้อมูล และเพื่อรักษาผลประโยชน์ของท่าน เช่น สร้างความสะดวกสบายต่อการเข้าถึงข้อมูล
4. การใช้ข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล
เราจะใช้ข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของท่านในการให้บริการแอปพลิเคชั่นนี้ รวมถึงนำไปใช้ตามวัตถุประสงค์ ที่ระบุไว้ในนโยบายฉบับนี้ หรือตามวัตถุประสงค์อื่น ๆ ที่แจ้งขณะเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล หรือที่ท่านได้ให้ความยินยอมหลังจากเราเก็บข้อมูลไปแล้ว
ทั้งนี้ ข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของท่านอาจนำไปใช้เพื่อวัตถุประสงค์ดังต่อไปนี้
1) สร้างและจัดการบัญชีของท่าน และติดต่อท่านเกี่ยวกับบัญชีของท่าน
2) ยืนยันตัวตนของท่านเพื่อรักษาความปลอดภัยในการใช้ข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล
3) ให้ข้อมูล จัดทำ และติดต่อท่านเกี่ยวกับผลิตภัณฑ์ บริการ กิจกรรม การสำรวจความคิดเห็น และโปรโมชั่นต่าง ๆ ของเรา
4) ประมวลผล วัดผล และตอบสนองเพื่อให้บริการ รวมถึงตอบคำถาม และคำขอของท่าน
5) ดำเนินกิจการ ประเมินผล และปรับปรุงธุรกิจ พัฒนาผลิตภัณฑ์ แอปพลิเคชั่นหรือบริการใหม่ จัดการระบบการสื่อสาร สำรวจตลาด วัดผลและบริหารประสิทธิภาพในการทำโฆษณาและการตลาด วิเคราะห์ผลิตภัณฑ์ บริการ และแอปพลิเคชั่นของเรา รวมทั้งบริหารจัดการแอปพลิเคชั่นของเรา
6) บริหารจัดการความเสี่ยงและพัฒนาคุณภาพ
7) รักษาความปลอดภัยในการให้บริการผ่านทางเครือข่ายของเรา คุ้มครองแหล่งข้อมูลและพนักงาน
8) สอบสวนและปฎิบัติตามกฎหมาย ข้อบังคับ มาตรฐานทางอุตสาหกรรม ตลอดจนบังคับใช้นโยบายและข้อกำหนดอื่น ๆ ของเรา
5. การเปิดเผยข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล
5.1 เพื่อประโยชน์ในการพัฒนาการให้บริการแก่ท่านหรือการประกอบธุรกิจของเรา เราอาจเปิดเผย และ/หรือ ส่งต่อข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลกับ
(1) ผู้รับจ้างของบริษัทที่ให้บริการ สร้าง บำรุงรักษาและปรับปรุงระบบ และแอปพลิเคชั่น
(2) บริษัทหรือบุคคลอื่นที่ให้บริการแก่ท่าน เช่น การให้บริการชำระเงินผ่านบัตรเครดิต หรือช่องทางการชำระเงินอื่น การบริการขนส่ง ทั้งนี้ เฉพาะในส่วนที่จำเป็นต่อการให้บริการแก่ท่านเท่านั้น
5.2 ท่านสามารถแชร์ข้อมูลให้กับบุคคลอื่นได้ โดยการ invite บุคคลที่ท่านต้องการแชร์ข้อมูลด้วย เมื่อบุคคลดังกล่าว ตอบรับคำเชิญ ระบบจะทำการแชร์ข้อมูลซึ่งได้แก่ ชื่อบัญชีของท่าน และข้อมูลของอุปกรณ์ที่ท่านเลือกให้บุคคลดังกล่าวสามารถเข้าถึงข้อมูลได้
5.3 นอกจากกรณีข้างต้น ท่านเข้าใจและยอมรับว่า เราอาจเปิดเผย หรือส่งต่อข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของท่านในกรณีดังต่อไปนี้
(1) กรณีที่กฎหมายหรือกระบวนการทางกฎหมายกำหนดให้ต้องกระทำ เช่น เปิดเผยต่อเจ้าพนักงาน เจ้าหน้าที่รัฐ หรือหน่วยงานที่มีอำนาจเพื่อปฎิบัติตามคำสั่งหรือคำขอที่ชอบด้วยกฎหมาย
(2) เพื่อการสอบสวนการกระทำอันอาจผิดกฎหมายโดยที่เราไม่สามารถขอความยินยอมจากท่านได้
(3) เปิดเผยข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลที่ผ่านกระบวนการซึ่งทำให้ไม่สามารถระบุตัวตนได้ต่อสาธารณชน เพื่อประโยชน์ในการประกอบธุรกิจของเรา และ
(4) กรณีอื่น ๆ ที่กฎหมายกำหนดให้กระทำได้โดยไม่ต้องได้รับความยินยอมจากท่าน เช่น กรณีจำเป็นเพื่อประโยชน์โดยชอบด้วยกฎหมายของเรา กรณีจำเป็นเพื่อการดำเนินภารกิจเพื่อประโชน์สาธารณะ
5.4 เราขอสงวนสิทธิในการโอนข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลหากมีการปรับโครงสร้าง จำหน่ายหรือโอนย้ายกิจการหรือสินทรัพย์ของเรา ซึ่งกรณีดังกล่าวอาจมีการเปิดเผยข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของท่านให้กับผู้ซื้อกิจการ และ/หรือที่ปรึกษาของผู้ซื้อกิจการ อย่างไรก็ดี เราจะรักษาข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของท่านอย่างเต็มความสามารถ รวมถึงกำหนดให้ผู้ซื้อกิจการ และ/หรือที่ปรึกษาของผู้ซื้อกิจการปฏิบัติตามหลักเกณฑ์การคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของเราด้วย
6. การปกป้องข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล
เราได้จัดให้มีมาตรการรักษาความปลอดภัยข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลที่เราได้รับจากท่าน เพื่อมิให้มีการเปิดเผย ใช้งาน เปลี่ยนแปลงหรือทำลายข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของท่านโดยไม่ได้รับอนุญาต โดยเราได้จัดให้มีระบบรักษาความปลอดภัยที่ได้มาตรฐาน ทั้งการประมวลผลข้อมูล การเก็บข้อมูล และการโอนถ่ายข้อมูล
7. การจัดการให้ข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลมีความถูกต้องและเป็นปัจจุบัน
7.1 เราจะใช้ความพยายามในการอัปเดตข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของท่านให้มีความถูกต้อง และเป็นปัจจุบันที่สุดเท่าที่เราจะสามารถทำได้ และเราจะลบข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลที่ไม่ถูกต้อง หรือไม่จำเป็นต่อการให้บริการแก่ท่าน หรือกรณีที่ท่านร้องขอให้ลบข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลนั้น
7.2 เราแนะนำให้ท่านตรวจสอบข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของท่านเป็นครั้งคราว เพื่อส่งเสริมให้ข้อมูลมีความถูกต้องและเป็นปัจจุบัน
8. ระยะเวลาการเก็บข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล
เราจะเก็บรักษาข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของท่านไว้นานเท่าที่จำเป็นเพื่อทำตามวัตถุประสงค์นั้น ๆ ทั้งนี้
8.1 เราจะเก็บรักษาข้อมูลการการสร้างบัญชีของท่านเท่าที่บัญชีของท่านยังคงอยู่ เพื่อให้เราสามารถให้บริการแก่ท่านได้
8.2 เราจะเก็บข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลอื่น ๆ ของท่าน เช่น ข้อมูลระบุตำแหน่งที่ตั้งของอุปกรณ์ ข้อมูลปริมาณการใช้ไฟฟ้า จนกว่าเราจะลบข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของท่านตามคำขอของท่าน (ตามข้อ 9 (1) 2)) หรือท่านทำการลบบัญชีของท่าน โดยเราจะทำการลบข้อมูลของท่านอย่างถาวร เมื่อครบกำหนด 7 วันนับจากวันที่เราลบข้อมูลตามคำขอของท่าน หรือท่านลบบัญชีของท่าน
ทั้งนี้ เราอาจเก็บข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของท่านไว้เป็นระยะเวลาน้อยกว่า หรือนานกว่าที่กำหนดข้างต้น หากเป็นกรณีที่กฎหมายกำหนด หรือกรณีจำเป็นเพื่อประโยชน์โดยชอบด้วยกฎหมายของเรา
9. สิทธิเกี่ยวกับข้อมูลของท่าน
9.1 ท่านสามารถจัดการข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของท่านได้ดังนี้
1) ข้อมูลสำหรับการสร้างบัญชี
2) ข้อมูลระบุตำแหน่งที่ตั้งของอุปกรณ์
3) ข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลอื่น ๆ หากท่านต้องการเข้าถึง แก้ไข ลบ คัดลอก หรือโอนย้ายข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล โปรดติดต่อเราทางอีเมล หรือติดต่อศูนย์บริการ โดยเราจะดำเนินการให้ท่านโดยเร็วที่สุดที่จะสามารถกระทำได้ ภายหลังจากที่เราตรวจสอบความถูกต้องเรียบร้อยแล้ว
9.2 กรณีที่ท่านประสงค์จะคัดค้านการประมวลผลข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล หรือประสงค์จะให้เราระงับการประมวลผลข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของท่าน โปรดติดต่อศูนย์บริการ โดยเราจะดำเนินการให้ท่านโดยเร็วที่สุดที่จะสามารถกระทำได้ ภายหลังจากที่เราตรวจสอบสิทธิของท่านเรียบร้อยแล้ว
9.3 การยกเลิกการรับข้อมูลข่าวสารจากเรา : ท่านสามารถทำการยกเลิกการรับข้อมูลข่าวสารจากเรา การแจ้งเตือน หรือข้อความใด ๆ ที่เกี่ยวกับการให้บริการหรือการตลาดของเรา รวมถึงขอให้เราลบหรือหยุดทำการประมวลผลข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของท่านเพื่อทำการตลาดของเราได้ โดยทำการยกเลิกการรับข้อมูลข่าวสารจากเรา ที่เมนู การตั้งค่า อย่างไรก็ดี การแจ้งเตือนหรือข้อความฉุกเฉินจะยังคงส่งถึงท่านอยู่
9.4 สิทธิของท่านตามที่กล่าวมาข้างต้นจะเป็นไปเท่าที่กฎหมายกำหนดเท่านั้น และสิทธิดังกล่าวอาจถูกจำกัดในบางกรณี เช่น เราจำเป็นต้องใช้ข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของท่านในการให้บริการแอปพลิเคชั่น หรือเป็นกรณีที่กฎหมายกำหนดให้เราต้องเก็บรวบรวม ใช้ หรือเปิดเผยข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล
9.5 หากท่านมีข้อสงสัยหรือข้อเสนอแนะใด ๆ โปรดติดต่อศูนย์บริการ
10. การปรับปรุงแก้ไข หรือเปลี่ยนแปลงนโยบายความเป็นส่วนตัว
10.1 ท่านเข้าใจและยอมรับว่า เรามีสิทธิที่จะปรับปรุงแก้ไข หรือเปลี่ยนแปลงนโยบายความเป็นส่วนตัวนี้โดยไม่ต้องแจ้งล่วงหน้า โดยเราจะประกาศข้อกำหนดและเงื่อนไขที่ปรับปรุงแก้ไขหรือเปลี่ยนแปลงบนแอปพลิเคชั่นให้ท่านได้พิจารณาและให้ความยินยอมใหม่ก่อนการเข้าใช้งานแอปพลิเคชั่น พร้อมระบุวันที่แก้ไขเพิ่มเติมครั้งล่าสุด
10.2 ท่านสามารถเรียกดูนโยบายความเป็นส่วนตัวฉบับปัจจุบัน ได้โดยเลือกเมนูการตั้งค่า และเลือกหัวข้อ “นโยบายความเป็นส่วนตัว” ทั้งนี้ หากท่านต้องการดูนโยบายความเป็นส่วนตัวฉบับก่อนหน้า โปรดติดต่อศูนย์บริการ
11. ผู้ควบคุมข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล
11.1 ผู้ควบคุมข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลคือ ผู้ที่มีอำนาจในการตัดสินใจเกี่ยวกับการเก็บรวบรวม ใช้ หรือเปิดเผยข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของท่าน
11.2 การให้บริการแอปพลิเคชั่นนี้ เรา บริษัท เอสซีจี ซิเมนต์-ผลิตภัณฑ์ก่อสร้าง จำกัด เป็นผู้ควบคุมข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของท่าน โดยท่านสามารถติดต่อเราได้ที่

Privacy Policy
In relation to your use of SCG Solar Solutions Application, we may collect, use, process and, in some circumstances, disclose your information which may include your Personal Data (as defined hereunder.) Your Personal Data will be collected, used, processed and disclosed only in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
You may choose not to provide your consent to us for the collection, use, processing and/or disclosure of your Personal Data. However, without your consent we are unable to provide our services to you.
In case of any conflict between this Privacy Policy and other terms and conditions, agreements or announcements, this Privacy Policy shall prevail.
1. Definition
1.1 “Application” means SCG Solar Solutions Application
1.2 “Equipment” means solar module and its accessories distributed by us, which can be connected to the Application.
1.3 “Personal Data” means the data which can be used to identify you, either when used alone or in conjunction with other data
2. Information We Collect
We collect your information, including your Personal Data when you first use the Application or contact us or the distributors of the Equipment or our products. The information we collect include the following:
1) Information necessary for creating your user account such as your name, address, contact number and email address
2) Information relating to your usage of the Application
3) Information on the location of the Equipment, which we collect when you add the Equipment to the Application by scanning the QR code of the Equipment
4) Information on your electricity usage, which may reflect your behavior
5) other information that you may provide to us, for example, information we obtain from your use of the Application, your Personal Data that you have provided in the Application, information from your participation in our activities, and information you have provided when contacting us including when downloading the Application.
3. Data Storage
We will keep all your Personal Data in our cloud for the purpose of data synchronization and for your sole benefit, such as facilitating your access to your Personal Data.
4. Use of Personal Information
We will use your Personal Data for the purpose of providing services in the Application and for other purposes as indicated in this Privacy Policy, or for other purposes which we shall notify you upon the collection of your Personal Information, or for other purposes to which you may hereafter additionally provide consent to us after your Personal Data is collected.
Your Personal Data may be used for the following purposes:
1) Create and manage your account and communicate with you for matters related to your account
2) Authenticate and confirm your identity in order to ensure the security of your Personal Data
3) Inform, provide, and communicate information regarding our products, services, activities, surveys, and sales promotions to you
4) Process, evaluate, and respond to you regarding services you request, including the provision of feedback on your queries or demands
5) Operate, evaluate, and improve our business, develop new products and services, manage our communication system, conduct market research and manage our marketing and advertising efficiency, analyze our products, services, and applications including the operation of our applications
6) manage risk exposure and quality improvement
7) Maintain security in providing services via our networks and protect our information and our employees; and
8) Investigate and monitor compliance with laws, regulations, industrial standards, our policies and regulations.
5. Disclosure of Personal Information
5.1 For the purpose of improving the services that we provide to you or for the conduct of our business, we may disclose and/or transfer your Personal Data to the following persons:
(1) Service provider, contractor, or supplier that we engage to provide the services, create, maintain and/or adjust systems and Application
(2) A company or person that provides services to you including without limitation credit payment or other payment service and transportation service, as may necessary be required to provide the services to you.
5.2 You may share your data to third party by inviting the person you want to share your data to. Upon their acceptance to your invitation, the system will share your data; namely, your username and the data of the Equipment that you have chosen to share with such third party.
5.3 In addition to the abovementioned paragraph, you understand and agree that we may disclose and/or transfer your Personal Data in any of the following circumstances:
(1) When any law, legal process, litigation or other law enforcement procedure requires the disclosure of your Personal Data,
(2) for the purpose of investigations for any act that may be illegal or unlawful and we are unable under the circumstance to request or obtain your consent,
(3) Disclosure to public the anonymized Personal Data for the purpose of our business, and
(4) any other circumstances where the laws permitted the disclosure and/or transfer of Personal Data without your consent, such as when the disclosure is necessary to protect our lawful interest, and when it is necessary for the public interest.
5.4 We reserve the right to transfer your Personal Data in case of corporate restructuring, divestment or transfer of our business or assets. In such case, your Personal Data may be disclosed to the acquirer and/or their advisors. We will use our best endeavours to keep your Personal Data secure, including requiring the acquirer and/or their advisors to comply with our Personal Data protection system and policies.
6. Protection of Personal Data
In order to prevent the unauthorized disclosure, use, modification, and destruction of Personal Data we collect from you, we maintain security measures to ensure the protection of your Personal Data. We provide a security system which meets the standards for the processing, collection and transfer of Personal Data.
7. Updating Your Personal Data
7.1 We will use our best endeavors to update your Personal Data. We will any delete Personal Data which we believe is incorrect or unnecessary for us to provide services to you, or upon your request to delete such Personal Data.
7.2 We recommend that you should from time to time verify your Personal Data in order to ensure that your Personal Data is accurate and up-to-date.
8. Duration of Personal Data Storage
We will only keep your Personal Data for as long as it is necessary for the purposes indicated hereunder.
8.1 We will keep your Personal Data that you provided when you created your account, for as long as your account exists so that we can provide you with our services.
8.2 We will keep other Personal Data, such as location data of the Equipment, electricity usage data we delete such Personal Data upon your request according to Clause 9.1.2 or until you delete your account. We will permanently delete such Personal Data after expiration of a period of seven (7) days from the date of deletion of such Personal Data according to your request or the date of deletion of your account.
We may retain your Personal Data for a period shorter or longer than the abovementioned period, if the laws require or it is necessary for our lawful interest.
9. Your Rights Regarding Your Personal Data
9.1 You can manage your Personal Data as following:
1.) Information used in creating your user account:
- Access, modify or delete your Personal Data: in your Application, go to ‘Personal Data’ tab and choose ‘Modify Personal Data’. You can also delete your Personal Data by deleting your user account.
- copy or transfer your Personal Data: Please contact us by email or our Call Center. We will proceed the copy or transfer of your Personal Data as soon as we can once we can verify your request.
2.) Location information of your Equipment:
- Access, modify or delete information: in your Application, go to ‘Manage Your Equipment’
- copy or transfer your Personal Data: Please contact us by email or our Call Center. We will proceed the copy or transfer of your Personal Data as soon as we can once we can verify your request.
3.) Other Personal Data, please contact us by email or our Call Center. We will help you to access, modify, delete, copy or transfer your Personal Data as soon as we can once we can verify your request.
9.2 In case you want to object to any processing of your Personal Data or want us to terminate the processing of your Personal Data, please contact us by email or our Call Center. We will proceed as soon as we can once we can verify your request.
9.3 Unsubscribe: You can unsubscribe from our news or notifications from us or other messages regarding our services or marketing. You may also request us to delete or terminate the processing of your Personal Data for the purpose of our marketing. In the Application, go to Setting and select ‘Unsubscribe’. However, you will continue to receive emergency notices and messages.
9.4 Your rights stated above will be in accordance with the laws, which may sometimes be limited. For example, we may need to use your Personal Data in order to provide services related to the Application or in cases when we are required by laws to collect, use or disclose your Personal Data.
9.5 In case of any enquiries or suggestions, please contact our Call Center.
10. Amendment to Privacy Policy
10.1 You understand and agree that we reserve the right to amend or modify this Privacy Policy without prior notice to you.
